In honor of Shabbat and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Temple welcomes Rev. Dr. B. De Neice Welch on Friday night, January 17th, for our 7:00 pm service. Pastor Welch will offer a provocative sermon as we share in prayers and readings reminding us that our work is far from complete.
Rev. Dr. B. De Neice Welch is the Pastor of Bidwell Street United Presbyterian Church since 2007. She earned a BA in business administration from Robert Morris College, a BS in Community Ministry from Geneva College, a Masters of Divinity from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and her Doctorate in Philosophy from Duquesne University. Rev. Welch has four children, Aja, Jordan, Christopher, and Ian and one grandchild, Ayanna who are the joys in her life. She is married to the Rev. John C. Welch, Vice President & Dean of Students at the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
