From Tsimmes to Tishpishti, Hummus to Huevos Haminidos (Eastern European stew; Turkish walnut cake, chick pea dip, dark eggs)… Wherever we have settled, food has been an essential part of our Jewish culture. Learn the stories behind Jewish recipes from around the world, how to prepare them, and enjoy eating your creations, as well. A willingness to wash dishes and a healthy appetite are a must for all class participants.
Fee: $10 per session; $35 for all four
