Women's Health Fair to Be Held Jan. 23

A Women's Health Fair will be held on Jan. 23 from 1:30 to 4 p.m. in the Temple Emanuel Social Hall. [UPDATED DEC. 9]
Seminars will be offered on genetics, menopause, nutrition and hands-on exercise. The health fair will feature Dr. Susan Cohen from the University of Pittsburgh speaking on hot flashes.
Healthy food will be offered. In addition, representatives from health-related service groups will be available during a break.
The cost is $5, payable at the door. Wear comfortable / exercise attire and shoes.
The health fair is sponsored by WRJ, Beth El Congregation Sisterhood and Yael Haddassah.
